Need help; NAV 2000 stopped launching; NAV 2004 can't finish install

    Initial symptom - everything running slow. NAV 2000
    wouldn't launch at startup. Uninstalled NAV 2000. Did
    NAV 2004 install; all OK until finish step - not
    completed. Uninstalled NAV 2004 - took hours for last
    step. Something in Windows 2000 clobbered? What? How to
    identify and fix? Any help appreciated. Thanks.
