This is a Resource kit utility, so it's included with the Resource Kit
tools.
It sounds like you are talking about locking out the local administrative
account on Windows 2000 member servers. If that is the case, then PASSPROP
would need to be on each machine, run at each machiine, you need this done
one.
Also, make sure that you have the newest version of PASSPROP, included with
the Windows 2000 Resource Kit Supplement or later. The newer version fixes
a problem where the account appears locked out in the UI but is not.
