Access Denied

Hi ,

By mistake, I removed all the permissions from the folder.
When I try to access the folder , it gives access denied.
I do a right click ,go to security --advanced ,but it does
not show the owner tab. Pls help. How do i take the owner
ship. I tried resetting the permissions also , still the
same error message.

File system is NTFS.
