can't remove spybot

On running pc pitstop the following spy ware was detected.
BKDR_spybot.et.
My problem is after finding it I can't remove it.
Can anyone give me some suggestions on how to get rid of
it please?
I have tried going into the system but when I try to get
rid of it is won't let me.
