Under the security tab of a particular folder, Add
individuals who are members of the administrator group
and set "deny" permissions for them. That will override
the grant permissions they have being a member
of "Administrators". Now of course, Administrator will
still have access. Just limit who knows the
administrator username and password; then explain to
management that your in a similar role as the payroll
person: Both of you have access to everyone's
information because someone has to administer it; but you
both know the responsibilities that come with that
position.
