I have a user that has done something to his machine but
he wont tell me what he has done. but if he is a memeber
of the administrators group he can log into the machine
with his domain account but if he is not the
administrator of his machine when he puts in his user
name and password to log into the domain he gets "saving
settings" and go back to the CTRL-ALT-Del screen, help I
dont want him to be the admin of his machine
