System Error after downloading SP3 for win 2k

Hello friends
My PC was infected with the worm welschia. My computer
once connected to Internet would not disconnect and no
other application would run giving the message " Cannot
open due to Low Memory". Also once conneted to net gives
a "memory refrence error ". When i double click on the
dialup connection icon in utility tray ..it would never
appear. I had to shut down computer. I found a MSBLAST.exe
file in System and deleted it.I deleted duplicated files
DLLHOST.exe and SVCHOST.exe in wins folder under system32,
also deleted the rpc patches download in System registry
by the 2 files. Still as off today i get the " MEMORY
REEFRENCE error".
As per the information on the net i tried to download SP3
server pack so as download the security patch against the
worms. But after downloading the SP3 pack , when it was
tryin to install itself..system gave a error" SYSTEM ERROR"
and the SP3 folder was not seen in the WINNT folder..
I restarted the computer and now everytime it restarts it
gives a error about OFFICE 2000..and MSOFFICE doesnt work
anymore on the System ..says need to run installation
before running the apllication.. The word ,excel,
powerpoint applications opens up and then immediately
gives error about installer..
Need help to fix this problem and also to upload SP3 pack
and DCOM security patch
