Somebody knows how to desinfect the pc of the virus

I cannot see the Running Processes and there is a
netd32.exe running that I cannot erase that contain the
virus
I'm in panic!!
Msconfig ... Manager and look into running processes it's there as if it's runnning ... definitely not a virus, spyware, trojan, or worm. ... Now if I boot into Safe Mode and run it, ... unchecking something and rebooting to see if the System notified me ... (microsoft.public.windowsxp.help_and_support)
RE: CMD Slowing machine ... that it cant be detected by almost all anti-viruses program....viruses injects itself into other application and it is dificult for ... if u get the correct name for the virus, try to search that file and delete ... (microsoft.public.windowsxp.general)
Re: Ctrl+Alt+Del is...DEAD ... that would allow me to close it or minimize it etc. and I cant... frame in witch is a white box that shows running processes,...beleve they are gone now, but I also beleve they are damaged windows...... ... it has nothing to do with a virus....
