Windows 2000 Active Directory does not use sam. It stores account information in
ntds.dit. Anyhow Active Directory delegation relies mostly on Active Directory object
permissions that are similar to ntfs permissions. Adminpak can be used to manage a
W2K domain from a domain workstation and is on the install cdrom in the I386 folder.
Using mmc snapins can also be used to remotely manage some functions. --- Steve
