I have a problem using internet explorer and accessing my
email via passport (hotmail). Some how something has been
planted in my computer and I don't know how to clean it
up. When I access my msn account or hotmail, goes through
another web site and then opens. It still appears as msn
hotmail, but I can notice in the address link that it has
another name. I also am receiving bundles of spam and
returned emails that I didn't send stating domain not
found. I need to know how to delete this program from my
computer and secure all of my confidential info. If I use
another (not my personal) computer my additional email
addresses are safe. What is my next step? I installed
anitivirus protection and a firewall, only after my
problem began. It is not cleaning up what was already
there and looks like a program.
