Display Problems - Windows Update

Good Morning All
Having a problem viewing control panel and windows update
web page via microsoft windows 2000 professional sp4.
I cannot view any microsoft windows updates from the
support website. Other websites view perfectly. Once
the selection for the windows update appears it displays
as done but without anything to view.
