microsoft.public.win2000.active_directory

I get the following error often. Everytime I try to update
a user account through Active Directory Users.

The Authentication service is unknown.

I think it may have something to do with Exchange
extension, or atleast it says that in the box border.

Therefore when some of my user getprompted for user
credentials when they try to open Outlook after logging
onto their box. I don't this problem with all machines
though....

Any help would be greatly appreciated...
