Received E-mail with Virus Attached

I received an e-mail with attached virus today (10/27/03).
E-mail subject was Newest Critical Upgrade.
E-mail was from Microsoft Corp Internal Security Center.
File name of attachment was qsvx.exe.
My Norton anti-virus detected it as virus w32.swen.A@mm.
