Yes, it happens on all the machines on the Domain.

They can all browse the network properly, get access to
shared directories on the Domain Server, but if you want
to share local drives to specific domain users, you
cannot see the domain in the location tree their either,
only the local machine. This makes me thing it's the
server.

Computer Browser service appears running properly on all
machines
