If you have forgotten the Administrator password that you enter after
pressing CTRL-ALT-DELETE to log into Windows, then there are free
disks here that will reset the password, from the FAQ:

Resetting the password is faster and easier than recovering the
password. There are ways to recover the password, for example,
capturing the SAM or the contents of the SAM using PWDUMP3 and using
L0phtcrack [around $50 US last time I checked] or a free alternative.
