If this is a w2K domain your user may be logged into another machine. Check
to see if the user has changed his password recently. If the lockouts began
shortly after he changed his password, he is more than likely logged into
another machine on the net. I run into this problem all the time. Of
course the user always denies they are logged in anywhere else. It could
also be that they have mapped a drive using their old credentials. This
will cause their account to be locked also.
