I'm not sure how they removed the Security or how you'll be able to
fix it [besides formatting and reinstalling Windows and all other
software]. I do know there's a security vulnerability on your
computer that you would need to close if you don't want this to happen
again. Your computer might have other software installed on it, such
as an FTP server like Serv-U. These things should help find other
signs of hacking and secure your computer:
