i can tell you what they'll say, which is why i don't bother calling.
they'll say, "oh, sorry about all your trouble. here, we'll send you a copy
of liquid motion and vizact to make up for it!"

in the meantime, you ms weirdos should realize that although i'm just a home
computer hobbyist, i've found evidence all over usenet that this patch is
causing problems on win2k machines all over the place, including office
environments. in some cases outlook (yes, frome the office suite) won't
even open, which is very similar to what i'm experiencing over here.
