This KB describes what it is - Machine Debugger Manager and how to possibly
disable it. Of course any time you see something unusual, it is wise to run
a virus/trojan scanner on the computer with the most current definitions.
When looking for information about a file or process, searching
http://google.com web AND groups and http://securityresponse.symantec.com/
