    Hi,
    I would like to know how I can block users web browsing/surfing with the
    Windows Explorer. It's possible to block file browsing in the Internet
    Explorer, so I estimate I can block web browsing in the file explorer. But
    how?
    And I would like how to refresh internet explorer registry settings without
    reboot.
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet
    Settings\Zones\0\1803 <- is changed
