My laptop found a virus this morning when I was trying to
log into Microsoft outlook. In order for me to follow the
instructions on how to get rid of this, I have to be the
System Administrator in order to Click off the 'System
Restore Tab'. Can anyone help me? I've been on hold for
someone most of the day and I'm afraid to even go into my
email from Friday thru today.

I'm open to any and all suggestions.

Thanks,
Shelby
