Security patches from Microsoft

I've received an update apparently from Microsoft with the
latest Microsoft Security Upgrade. The file is
q732376.exe, and yet when I try to download it, my
security package shows that this file is infected with a
virus.

Has anyone else received this mail, or do you know if it
is bonifide?
