I am not quite sure what you are attempting to accomplish. When you say profile, do
you mean the users folder profile on their computer under the documents and settings
folder or do you mean their domain account properties? If you mean the users folder,
that could be accomplished by ntfs permissions or making them local administrators on
domain computers which would not give them any special powers in the domain. To let
them manage user accounts, you can use Active Directory delegation to give them that
