Hi John. Hope's problem was she locked herself out of local logon, even knowing the
password. Anyhow there is a free utility at link below to reset passwords. Just burn
ISO file to a cdrom and boot from it and follow prompts. Before everyone yells "oh
how insecure W2K is" keep in mind that these programs require unfettered physical
access to a computer which is a major breach in security itself to any untrusted
users for any operating system. --- Steve
