Log onto a trusted domain machine [W2K] as domain administrator and install
Adminpak on it. You will be able to examine the Local and Domain Controller
security policies [assuming you have network access], and correct the
problem from there. You need to check the user rights assignments for allow
access from the network and logon locally. There are also deny settings for
both of those and a deny always overrides the other settings. Be sure that
the administrators group is in the log on locally effective setting and not
in the deny logon locally setting. --- Steve
