I seem to have a unique condition of this virus that no
one seems to know about ....

Having removed the virus using norton over a network link
(norton would not run on the infected PC) none of my
programs work except for IE and outlook. Even regedit does
not work so I can't investigate. I have followed symantec
instructions and info I've got from this site with out
success ...any ideas?
