RPC patch breaks browsing?

It appears that ever since we applied the Blaster RPC patch
(kb824146) we have been unable to browse the network via
my network places with 2000 professional and XP
professional. We can browse fine with NT4 and Win9x PC.
Anyone else ran into this problem?
