i can add a folder of a network drive to the favorites on
the office open/save dialogue box, but when i try to access
the folder it will not. but if i go through my computer
and through the network drive i can access it.

I tried this on windows 95 doing the same as above and it
works fine. is there some security setting in windows that
doesnt allow office to access network drives and folders.

your help would be very much appreciated.
