Hi Ed. This is probably a dns issue. In a W2K Active Directory domain, W2K domain
members need to point to W2K domain controller as their dns server and the domain
controller needs to point to itself. If using older NT/W9X computers, you still need
wins. The W2K domain controller also needs to be a wins client. Dcdiag is very
helpful in checking the health of domain controllers, and netdiag is very helpful in
checking the networking health of all W2K domain members. --- Steve
