Hi Matt. This has been coming up a lot lately. You may want to try to restore your
security settings back to default and if that does not help possibly a repair
installation. See the links to the two KB articles below. You may want to first try
just resetting just your user rights assignments by appending /areas user_rights to
the secedit command. --- Steve
