Hi Sara,

I would first go to http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com and make sure you
have all the latest patches and service packs installed for Windows. If you
don't have the latest Windows service pack, you'll have to reboot and go
back to the above site once or twice to get all the patches. In particular,
the MS03-026 DCOM RPC patch fixes a vulnerability which can cause this to
occur.

Also, make sure you are using a firewall and antivirus that is set to
automatically download updates every week and is getting them.
www.kerio.com and www.sygate.com are two free firewalls you might use.
www.grisoft.com is free antivirus. Running Scandisk and Defrag on your C:
drive / hard drives wouldn't hurt. [For example, double-click on My
Computer, right-click on your C: drive, and left-click on Properties, Tools
to access the "Error Checking" and "Defragmentation" options.]

If these things don't fix the problem, at least you'll have more information
about what probably isn't causing the problem which should help troubleshoot
the problem... and also you would have increased the security on your
computer against other future security-related problems.

Last, the error message below doesn't tell me much. So, I'd start looking
through the logs to see if there are any relevant error messages before the
reboot occured. There may or may not be any.
