Trouble with Internet Options

 I recently encountered a problem with accessing security
adjustments within internet options under the tool menu.
Usually when I access internet options, I can clear my
history, re-establish what site I want to use as a
homepage, etc. Now, when I access internet options, it's
showing me four icons (internet,local intranet, trusted
sites, and restricted sites) with only two buttons
available for me to go into. The whole layout is totally
different from what I'm accustomed to seeing, I can't make
any of the adjustments I'm used to. What can I do to go
back to the way my internet options box was before?
