Computer reboots on its own. Please can you help?

I have download the latest updates from NA & MS.
The following is printed at MS Event Viewer:

"The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck
was: 0x000000d1 (0xbfe06e18, 0x00000002, 0x00000000,
0xbfe06e18). Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195]. A dump was
saved in: C:\WINNT\Minidump\Mini083003-01.dmp."
