Hi,
Windows .NET Server is Windows Server 2003's beta name. Did you upgrade to
the final yet? On the final you can just go to
http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com to get the latest updates. A trial of
the final product is here:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsserver2003/evaluation/trial/evalkit.mspx
NOTE: On the beta, you can't install any patches.
I don't know the answer to your second question, but I'm sure someone does
