Hi,
Messenger pop ups themselves aren't malicious but should be considered a
warning that your computer is vulnerable. Get a firewall, you need one.
There are several free ones, including ZoneAlarm ( www.zonealarm.com ) and
Sygate ( www.sygate.com )
