Download, install and run AdAware 6 from Lavasoft. Make sure you update the
reference file before scanning the PC.
Stop and Disable the Messenger Service (Control Panel/Administrative
Tools/Services)
Invest in a LinkSys BEFSX41 (you can get it on Amazon.com)
