Use a firewall, even a free downloaded one such as Zone Alarm, Sygate,
or Kerio. I am using the new Google tool bar with built in pop up stopper
and am VERY impressed with it. Also scan your computer for
adware/spyware/malware with something like Ad Aware or Spybot Search and
