I really doubt it has anything to do with AOL, especially to three computers.
I probably is a coincidence. First I would unplug the cable modem and router or about
10 seconds and then plug the cable modem in first and then the router maybe ten
seconds later. Then I would reboot one of the machines again and try again. If that
does not work, try entering an ip address in the address bar of Internet Explorer
such as 207.46.248.234 which is Microsoft Website. If it shows up, you have a problem
with dns resolution. If it does not work, you have another problem such as a
misconfigured default gateway. Ipconfig /all will show your ip address and default
gateway among other information. The Linksys stuff usually uses an address range of
192.168.1.xxx and a default gateway of 192.168.1.1. Always do virus scans when you
have unusual computer problems. Try running netdiag on one of the computers to see if
it reports any unusual errors. It is on the install cdrom in the support/tools
folder - you will have to run setup program. You may even have a problem with the
router. If you know how to do the configuration for your ISP, try bypassing the
router and go direct into one of your computers, but only if you install a personal
firewall first. --- Steve
