Your computer is probably being used in conjunction with
thousands of other computers to run a Denial of Service
attack on Microsoft Windows update web site.

Right-Click your taskbar and choose Task Manager. Click
the processes tab and then click the Image Name column
header to alphabetically sort the processes by name.
Scroll down and see if msblast.exe is running. If it is,
highlight it and click End Process.

Then go to c:\windows\system32 and again, look for a file
called msblast.exe. This time, delete the file.

This is as much as I currently know about how to remove
the worm from an infected computer. Read Microsoft's post
for further instructions on how to remove it.

Another good bet is to visit your antivirus provider's web
site; they should have detailed instructions to remove the
virus.
