None of these is necessarily an indication of a virus. So, you may not have
one. However, everyone needs antivirus. www.grisoft.com is free antivirus,
check it out.
RE: pop-ups, see here:

You may want to get a firewall to block some kinds of popups [the ones that
say "Messenger Service" at the top]. Free firewalls are listed here:

And you might have some adware on your computer causing HTML popups [e.g.
that pop up in a new web browser window like IE or Netscape]. If this is
what you're seeing, see here for some free and not free software you might
