Transferring Permissions.

I am in the process of replacing my current Win2000 file / print server with
a new Win2003 Server. What is the best way to move my data (home
directories, etc) and preserve the permissions on those folders? If I backup
my data to tape, using Backup Exec 9, and then restore to the new server
will the permissions follow?

Thanks

Kevin
