Administrator forgot password....Need help asap !!!

Administrator changed password to the account,and can't
remeber it,there is a user account but they do not have
admin rights only user rights.I've been told to search
google,but what do I look for ? Is there a way to reset
password through user account or anything.user account
can't access users and passwords in control panel.Need
help badly,very important,very much appreciated,thank you.
