Firewall Detection

My firewall kept alerting me that the Windows Instrument
Instrumentation (Windows Mgnt.exe) was being contacted by
a Inbound TCP on Port 1573 at numerous addresses. Can
anyone tell me what this is or why it would be contacted.
It happened numerous times.
