USB restriction ????

Hi,

I'm running Win2000 and I would like to restrict the installation of a USB
mass storage device to a group of user.
Actually I found the way to limit the installation of the USB device to
everybody in applying security permissions on the USBSTOR.SYS and the
USBSTOR.INF files. Both have SYSTEM access deny. I tried to allow just an
administrator to install a USB device by applying SYSTEM Modify but
everybody has the ability to install the device. I tried also to put a
specific group of user but without success.
If somebody has the magic solution it will help me.
