Restricted users settings

My restricted users are having trouble using spell check
in word 97. Account was created on local machine and
assigned restricted user under group membership, the spell
check feature is grey and unable to select or click on,
but if i login as Administrator it works without any
problem. Any help would be greatly apprecited.
--note-- i have to keep the accounts under restricted
users group, thanks.
