      You might try enabling logon events and process tracking on his computer which
you can view remotely through your Even Viewer. It will give you an idea when he is
logging on and off and what programs he is running to some degree. The security log
will be full of events and you may want to increase it's default size. You could also
remotely view his internet history folder via administrative share. --- Steve
