Kerberos Error

We are trying to do smartcard logon using our 3rd party CA software.
During logon we receive "The network request is not supported." error
message. I have traced the trouble shooting guides and other
documents. "dsstore" program shows everything as OK and the DC's have
their certificates. Therefore I enabled the Kerberos error logging and
finally got the following from the eventlog:
