Rights needed to browse scheduled tasks

    Hi all,

    In a W2K server SP3, I want to give user access to the
    scheduled tasks by
    browsing network neighborhood even by not being
    Administrator. If anyone has
    any idea about required rights to allow this operation
    it's welcome.
