Check the advanced permissions for anything unusual such as deny
entries. I have seen where is appears a user has full control, but did not
because of entries in advanced permissions. Try removing administrators
group totally [including advanced permissions] from security properties,
apply changes, readd the administrators group with full control, log off,
log on as the administrator and try again. --- Steve
