I am getting the following error, which
makes little sense to me:
"The SAM database was unable to lockout the account of ਫ
due to a resource error, such as a hard disk write
failure (the specific error code is in the error data) .
Accounts are locked after a certain number of bad
passwords are provided so please consider resetting the
password of the account mentioned above. "
Has anyone had this problem, and/or know whether I should
be worried about it?
I'm using Win2k Server, and as far as I know, SAM isn't
used except in DSR mode....which hasn't happened.
The message states that the specific error is in the
error data... does this mean I can find more details?
If so, where?
I'm new to this whole Windows IT thing, so any help would
be greatly appreciated.
Andrew
